Respectfully returned with the information that transportation on the order within referred to was made out by the Disbursing Officer of the Bureau for this State and the same transmitted to the Agent of the Bureau at Meridian for delivery to Mrs. Windham.

The delay in this matter was occasioned by the necessity of procuring the exact ages of the children, to be inserted in the transportation order as directed in endorsement of the 9th ultimo from the office of the Commissioner
