It is perhaps proper for me to state that I was present at a meeting of the Delaware Association &c. and that the President, Thomas Kimber expressed himself "as being gratified at my presence," particularly as we had furnished certified copies of the decisions of the Chief Justice and of Judge Giles to enable them to take up the subject of the
involuntary servitude of bound apprentices.

A flagrant case was presented and the Ass'n authorized the prosecution of the same, with the
