Copy of [[?]] on [[?]] of Asst Commd of Maryland dated February 5th 1868 ([[?]]Vol12) reporting having attended a meeting of Delaware Association in reference to involuntary servitude of bound apprentices. States that Judge Bond will attend to the bounties of colored soldiers and asks what renumeration will be paid.

Respectfully returned to Asst Commd of Maryland. As it is not possible to anticipate the amount of work to be done by Judge Bond the renumeration cannot be fixed before hand. He can make up his account for services at the end of each month, and forward it through your office for approval.
