Complains that her two Children "Sarah" and "Sam" ages 10 and 13 years, were detained since November 1864, by Mr. "Spratley Ellis," Near Waverly Depot Sussex County Va, She wishes to obtain her children, but is afraid to go for them herself, Respectfully Requests the Kind assistance of the Bureau to obtain, and send the Children to her through their office.
