Hildreth, Clerk, with the information that I have examined the within charges, and synopsis of the specifications, as herein presented, (with as much care as my condition at present will permit) and have no hesitation in saying that they are true, and founded on facts, which can be easily proven on oath - before a Commission or Court of Inquiry.
