In compliance with your instructions, I have the honor to submit the following statements and Affidavits in support of charges against Maj Bolenius Viz.

Extract of letter from L.S.B. Vol- 3- page 268 in support of charge of mess - statement as to letter - marked "D"
Papers submitted to show the status of F.P. Stevens (one of the Claim Agents unfavorably characterized by me) - marked "E"
In proof of the fact that Maj Bolenius did willfully pursue a wrong course in filing claims I would respectfully refer to the cases of George Miles Co. "I" 19" USCT, and Lewis Miller Co "B" 9" U.S.C.T. who had received all the Bounty due them from the Govt. which is proven by Maj Mayers Rolls, and I am quite positive
