I  Mr Isaac Hutchinson, having been appointed an agent of this Bureau, will proceed to Raleigh, North Carolina, reporting in person on his arrival to Bvt. Maj. Genl. N.A. Miles Assistant Commissioner of the Bureau for that State for assignment to duty

The Q.M. Dept. will furnish the necessary transportation.
