There was a final hearing on the highway and they've moved it over parallel with East Road, at least a mile away from my property. Its funny I dont feel very pleased about it. I feel that the struggle to achieve it was detached from the result, if you know what I mean. I went to Chattanogga [[Chattanooga]] to jury the show. I had to give George Bireline the first prize again. He was the only painter in the show that had any pro-quality. The level dropped very low from his pictures. There were about 450 paintings entered and again I stripped out all but about 40 pictures—
