June 9th, 1971 

Dear Emy Lou: 

I am arriving in San Francisco for one week sometime on the 19th. Lila will come in from Los Angeles on the 20th. I'll be coming from the Grand Coulee Dam where I'll be doing drawings and painting of the Dam for the Department of the Interior. 

While in San Francisco, I would love to see you and any artists that are in town. 

I did write to Thomas and had a letter from him. 

We expect to be staying at the Beresford Hotel. - at 635 Sutter St. Hope its Good. 

I'm looking forward to seeing you.
