Dear Keith and Edna: 

On my return from New York with my Rail Road tickets and berthe reservations which I finally succeeded in obtaining for the train (Champion) leaving Pennsylvania Station, New York City - 3:30 pm., next Saturday the 30th, reaching Ft. Lauderdale Sunday about 6:30 p.m., I found your most welcome letter with its kindly suggestions and renewed invitations for me to join you in the enjoyment of the beauty and charm of the Floridian country and climate. But most of all your warm friendship and wholesome environment.

I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am to come to see you - and Frances and the children are equally happy and eager for me to do so - This coming week will be exceptionally long. I cannot wait to board the train to Ft. Lauderdale where you found such peace and happiness.
