so glad to let you know that the Minniapolis Museum purchased my most [[strikethrough]] I [[/strikethrough]] abstract and largest painting that was in my show last March. The board of trustees was unanimous in voting for the purchase. I will have a photograph of it soon and I will see to it that you have one too.

I am so glad you are back in your own beautiful home - shrine I should say, where you can rest, meditate and study in that clear balmy light and air, and sense that delicate tropical aroma. There is something so eternally festive hovering over Ft. Lauderdale..... The palm trees - the ever bearing palms & the dazzle and shimmer on the canal right beneath your windows - what a dreamland it all goes to make? The quietude and privacy too - add to the charm of the entire environment. I wish I could join you in transforming the room Edna is planning to use as a studio. I know you will do a beautiful job, and what's more I feel that Edna will do some magnificent paintings
