In addition to the complaints which I, and other union men in this city, forwarded to you lately, I have now the disagreeable duty of acquainting you that the corpses of freedmen and refugees at this post have been traded and sold for the personal benefit of officials in the hospital; and that I am also informed and believe, that these untoward facts obtained with the knowledge and acquiescence of Dr. R. A. Bell A.A. Asst Sugeon in charge
