Calls attention to his letter of June 29. 1867, accusing A.A. Surg R.A. Bell USA., of neglecting his duty to Gustavus Miser a patient in the Bureau Hospital in his charge & of selling the bodies of patients who die therein, & demands an investigation of said charges.
