Learning that efforts are being made to remove the gentlemen connected with the Medical Department of the Bureau under your control, we Citizens of Louisville, take pleasure in saying that the Medical men thus engaged are known to us as occupying good positions in the profession — are earnest, faithful and thoroughly devoted to the interests of the Bureau.
