P. 2 L 25. to 29) From Lieut Browns Testimony it appears- "I know he Kept a correct list of all Gen'l Frederick's proceedings daily It was Kept in his diary & was a part thereof. He may have drawn it off afterwards I dont know. "He has Kept a diary always for a year, think he has ever since the war began, he Kept a list of everything and every ones actions, & everything occurring in his circle called it a "log" (See Vol 1 Pp 47. L 1 to 10) Maj Roberts Explains this as follows- "Did not Keep a "Black List" I only Kept a regular diary, which I am ready to produce, (Diary produced) (Vol 2 Pg 4 & 5) I have thoroughly examined this diary and I find that it is not a "Black List" This point may therefore be dismissed without further comment.
