Testimony of John Anderson in the case of Thos J. Griffith M.D. vs Dr R. A. Bell A. A. Surgeon U.S.A. under Oath.

Q. What is your name, age and occupation?
A. John Anderson, 22, Ac't Medical Cadet Hosp'l Bureau R.F. & A.L. Louisville Ky.
Q. Do you know Gustave Meiser? and if so how long has he been a patient in this Hospital?
A. Yes Sir. Has been here ever since I have, over three months.
Q. Has he been well cared for and regularly attended during that time?
A Yes Sir. I put up his medicine myself during two months, her had his medicine regularly.
Q. How has he conducted himself during this time?
A. Very badly, on a good many occasions I have seen him mad and crazy, without sense or reason. He has hammered his stump  on the wall and tried to put it in the hot stove. I caught him and with others stopped him. I saw him when he attempted to break guards, said he was going to drown
