Meiser, a patient in the Hospital.

The testimony will repay the trouble of reading, It Shows:

1st  That Gustave Meiser is a poor unfortunate, wounded, suffering man.
2 d  That Gustave Meiser is at times partially insane from the effects of wounds irritated perhaps by liquor.
3 d  That he has behaved very badly in the Hospital.
4th  That he has been well cared for and attended.
5th  That T.J. Griffith, took him from the Hospital, gave him brandy to drink. (in other words made him drunk to procure a statement on which to found charges against Dr. Bell).

"Charge Second"
The second against Dr. Bell is that he knew of and countenanced the sale of the bodies of patients who died in the Hospital:

No evidence was adduced by Dr. Griffith to prove this charge and Dr. Boemnond his witness is out of my jurisdiction. I can find no testimony against him. (Bell)
