A I know nothing of my own personal knowledge of Dr Bell.
Q What then were your reasons for signing the aforesaid petition?
A From information received from Drs Griffith and Mr Bruce. From the statements of these men I thought that these abuses if they existed, should be at once corrected.
Q Do you know Dr Bell personally and have you ever visited the said Hospital?
A I do not know Dr Bell, and have never been in the Hospital.
