Q Did you ever deliver clinical lecture in the Hosp'l of the Bureau R. F and A.L. Louisville Ky, and if so by whose order of permission?
A [[note]] 10 [[/note]] I delivered lectures there, Dr Benson made the arrangement, said he had the authority from the proper officers I had nothing to do with making the arrangement myself.

Q [[note]] 15 [[/note]] Did Dr R.A. Bell have anything to do with granting said permission as far as you know?
A. Nothing that I know of.

Q. Did you ever lecture after March 14, 1867?
A. [[note]] 20 [[/note]] No Sir.
