States that the investigation ordered by the Comr. of the Bureau as to the charges preferred against Dr Bellin then resulted only in his being requested to report on his own criminality; and declares that, "as no further action is deemed necessary" by the Com'r. he and the other loyal gentlemen of Louisville will be obliged to take some other measures to protect the rights of Government patients, and the honor & reputation of the Union cause in that city |
