At various periods during the past six months several Clerks in different Offices attached to their Hd. Qrs., have been allowed a salary in excess to that laid down by said Circular & appointments issued. In view of these facts & considering these cases, specialties no action has been taken, which case he submits for the approval of the Com'r. The cases referred to are as follows. J. A. Scarlett, Office of the C.D.O. at 150.00 G. O. Spooner Office of the C.M.O. at $125.00 C. L. Robinson Office of the Asst. Comr at $125.00. |
