Desires to be appointed an Agent in some other state besides Florida or Georgia. |

Low, A.Q.M. stating that this Officer is desirous of being retained as C.D.O. of the Bureau for S.C. Mentions, as an additional reason why Col. Low should be retained in the service, the fact that he has charge of the National Military Cemeteries in the state. |

Ralph Ely to John Fields (colored) and states that Ely owes Fields for the local bounty lent to him, and promises Fields 80 acres of land if he would stay and serve him till he was 21 years old. The money has never been paid back & it is recommended that it be deducted with legal interest from any moneys due or that may become due said Ely by the Bureau. |
