Dear Mr. Hamlin:

May I take the liberty of writing to you to introduce a young friend of mine, Mr. Cyrille Arnavon, who has just been appointed Professor at the University of Buffalo.

You will find him, I feel sure, most interesting to talk to, as he has come to America to write a thesis on American literature and his father, who has remained in France, being a prominent French diplomat, he has a background of world wide interests.

I know that among other things he is most anxious to visit your Museum of Science.

Hoping that you have had a pleasant and interesting trip in South America,

Yours very sincerely,

(Germain Séligmann)
