November 30th, 1934.

Dear Miss Abbot,

I wish to acknowledge receipt of your letter of November 28th. I am indeed glad to be of help to Mr. Rich and am having sent today, the following books:

2 volumes of reproductions of drawings, published by Bernheim-Jeune,
1 volume - "Seurat" by Walter Pach,
1 volume - "Seurat" by Georges Coquiot,
1 volume - "Seurat" by André Lhote,
1 volume Seurat reproductions by Waldemar Georg.

which we have in our New York library. Unfortunately, the other ones which are mentioned on your list are works which I own personally and which are in my Paris house.

The catalogues you mention, and the little booklet by Fenéon "Les Impressionistes en 1886" are of the utmost rarity, and I do not think they can found in this country. However, if I come across them, I will immediately let you know.

I would be obliged to you if you could send me back the books at your earliest convenience.

Please believe me to be

Very truly yours,

(C. M. de Hauke)
