As long as you have the documentation there, would you be good enough to tell me whether "Le Bal a Bougival" was also included, as that painting too came from the B-Ds.

As I wrote Mr. Milliken, I am sorry I didn't obtain more cooperation from the New York papers, but it might interest you to know that even the opening of the superb loan of the loan of the whole Bache Collection to the Metropolitan Museum for the Summer, has only a short column at the bottom of a page in this morning's "Times". The conclusion is that the "New York Times" for one, doesn't like particular stress on art matters these days.
