WILLIAM MATHEWSON MILLIKEN, DIRECTOR

CABLE ADDRESS: MUSART CLEVELAND

9 March 1943

Dear Mr. Seligmann:

I sent the telegram to Lt. Col. Rockefeller, as we agreed on Saturday. It arrived from you in Cleveland in plenty of time to be forwarded that morning. Mr. Milliken was back here Monday and approved it, so all is well.

I discussed with Miss Kern, our registrar, the details of the insurance and feel sure your firm will be covered, properly. I asked her to acquaint Mr. Bunce with all the particulars as we discussed them, and to confirm any further conversations you may have had personally with Mr. Bunce on the subject.

I shall await with interest any further news. With thanks,

Sincerely yours,

Henry Sayles Francis

P.S. Your letter of Mar 8th just arrived, & my thanks. Mr. Milliken would appreciate having an invoice for the cashier's file. There is also a letter from Mr. Bunce, so all the insurance is well adjusted. Forgive this informality. H.S.F.
