WILLIAM MATHEWSON MILLIKEN, DIRECTOR
CABLE ADDRESS: MUSART CLEVELAND

8 February 1943

Dear Mr. Seligmann:
I do hope your cold didn't become worse because of that long, arduous trip to Providence on last Friday. I feel very guilty about having rushed you into that particular engagement.

I am, however, very glad to have had the opportunity of seeing the picture with you, and am convinced of its merits. I have had only a preliminary discussion about it with Mr. Milliken since my return, but he has asked me to say that just as soon as we can go through the necessary channels here, we will communicate with you. I cannot off-hand be sure of exactly when this will be, but it will be as soon as possible!

In the meantime, please accept my warm thanks, and know that I am really very much in hopes that all will transpire as in our minds in the matter.

Sincerely yours,
Henry Sayles Francis
