Mr. Germain Seligmann
5 East 57th Street
New York, New York

My dear Mr. Seligmann:

Mr. Francis and I are going to New York for a few days, arriving the morning of January 25th, and Mrs. Emeny has asked us to look particularly at the Rockefeller Goya, which I believe you have. She said that there were times when the picture was not at your place, and if it should be at all possible for us to see it while we are in New York we would greatly appreciate it. Mrs. Emeny, as you know, was a Miss Rockefeller, but I would not want her name to be mentioned in any way at all. However, she has spoken about the picture several times and I have seen it once I believe, but never long enough to study it particularly.

With kindest regards, I am,

Very sincerely yours,

William Milliken
