This note to thank you for yours of the 4th November. Mr. Milliken is in New York due to the death of his brother, and I did not have a moment to talk to him before he left.

I know he will understand perfectly about the manuscripts nor do I think he expected otherwise. I only followed the matter up, as we were interested if there had been any opportunity to carry the project to fulfillment. Please in no way be concerned about it.

I shall have your letter on his desk when he gets back. If later there is a chance to consider the exhibiting of these great objects, our interest still holds.
