Dear Germain:

I would like to corroborate our conversation over the telephone this morning, and to ask for a written verification of my question about the value of Mr. Williams' Picasso drawing. We discussed this more than a year ago and agreed that the figure for a "Mother and Child", a pencil drawing of the classical period, size 9 3/4" x 12 5/8", was reasonably placed at the value of fifteen hundred dollars ($1,500.00). If you could either return this letter to me with your signed comment at the bottom, or any way you wish, I should be glad to have it for the records.

Bon voyage!

Ever sincerely yours,
Henry
