In connection with this shipment I suggested to Mr. Henry S. Francis that we take care of the expenses by air from here to you, you in turn assuming the shipping costs to Minneapolis, and Walker Art Center the ones for the return shipment to New York.

There will also then remain the fate of the four especially ordered frames which will belong to the three participants.

There is no hurry as you realize about any of these matters but I would enjoy receiving your opinion which I would consider as final decision.
