Dear George:

I have been asked by Jacques Seligmann and Company, 5 East 57th Street, New York City 22, to return to him his painting "Disks" by Delaunay.

He needs this in New York by February 15 and I hope that you will be able to meet his convenience in this matter. I believe there was a special crate for this painting which came to us separately from Chicago. Would you keep special track of the expenses concerned with it.

Mr. Seligmann is writing to George Stout directly offering him the substitution of a drawing by Delaunay.
