1. All material to be in accord with specifications and subject to our inspection and approval.  Do not ship larger quantities than specified on this order.

2.  Order number must appear on all invoices, shipping papers and packages.

3.  The right is reserved to reject material or cancel any balance of order, if shipment is not made according to specifications shown on order.

4.  No statement of our account is necessary unless invoices are past due.

5.  Fair Labor Standards Clause:  Seller agrees, in connection with the production of the goods and/or the performance of the services specified herein, to comply with all applicable requirements of sections 6, 7, and 12 of the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended, and regulations and order of the United States Department of Labor, issued under Section 14 thereof, and to certify its compliance on all invoices.
