Dear Sir

I Received your Letter Requesting me to Give all the information I could in regard to the prospects for a Colored School at Leesburg, in Reply I only Say We have the offer of a Suit able place for a School house By paying fifty dollars down we can Get possession

the is about thirty Dollars Subscribed but not collected   if we can Rais the first payment $56.00 we can Get possession and put up a School house.
