an easy matter to obtain suitable men for this work. In these two instances we have been particularly fortunate. 
If Mr. Potter withdraws, we shall certainly do our utmost to put in his place one who will advance the work so self-denyingly & faithfully conducted thus far by himself. 
It will be very difficult to supply Mr. McKinney's place, even with his old age.
We thank you for the aid & encouragement you have given our teachers in their work. 
I wish your Bureau would put up a room or two for additional teachers. Mr. McKinney is crowded.
