Tullahoma March 28th 1867
Mr Burt

Dear Sir
This school [[strikethrough]]with[[/strikethrough]] will close tomorrow - I do not think there would be a school of 40 pupils during the summer or even 30. I think about twenty five would be glad to attend all summer and be regular in their attendance. Mr Smith thinks the number of pupils not would exceed 30. Mr Cravath has settled all accounts for four months he wanted that my board bill for March should be collected from the school there had nothing been paid in yet for this month -
