Dear Bro. Burt:
I enclose to you the papers which I think are now right. I charged the lowest fare, as it would have been, via Louisville Ky, by the advice of Col. Palmer, I see that no refference should have been made to Chicago AM right now.

Was Mr. Eastman papers all right? From the facts they were not sent back, I conclude they were.
