Wants to know whether [[strikethrough]] a [[/strikethrough]] teachers can be sent to the colored schools in his Sub-District. Mr. Sharp has opened a school at Lebanon and is changing $1.00/00 tuition to colored scholars per month. Thinks it too much. - Mr. Sharp has lost his influence and he (Sample) would suggest that a female teacher should be sent there, to teach school.
