Sir,
Enclosed please find my report for the month of Oct.  I am not prepared to give a full report as I am just organizing and am not acquainted with the people very extensively.
I hope I can give a more satisfactory report for Nov.
I am needing an assistant teacher, as you will see from the number I have enrolled, the "Commissioner" cannot send me one at this time.  Do you employ teachers?  I have been informed that you did, and advised to apply to you for an assistant as one is urgently needed at this place.
