Mr Duskin - Esqr is our present Solicitor, and a good Union Republican and one of the first men in the state was elected by a large majority to the office he at present holds being on the Republican ticket

Before me William T Blackford Judge of the Court of Probate in and for said County and sate personally appeared Joseph Atkins, Druggist, who is personally known to me, who being by me first duly sworn deposes and says that he has read over carefully the foregoing testimony of George M. Duskin, and that he concurs fully and unqualifiedly in the statements therein made in connection with P.T. Wright and his service in the Bureau Agency at this place.
