It caused me to rent an office for which I am to have two hundred dollars rent unfortunately It is not payed for yet owing to my not getting my honest and hard earned dues from the govts as promised me by Maj Pierce From the showing that I have made, as an honest man I beseech you as a friend in need not to curtail my claims for I have earned every dollar of it.
