Forwards from Executive Dept Case of Mrs. M.E. Saunders of Lunenberg Co Va who desires Compensation for aid rendered needy Colored people.

She states that she has furnished food, clothing, & medicines, to destitute Colored people, who came to her house sick, that two died at her house. That she is now compelled to ask for assistance, she being in very reduced circumstances & with a couple of children to support & educate, &c &c
