During my investigation of this case I have visited Richard Price at his residence Fifteen miles distant from my residence. It was my first visit to his house and it was entirely unexpected to him and his family-I saw the children whose case is under investigation in their every day clothes without the slightest preparation on their part for my visit. They were comfortable and clean, fat and healthy, contented and happy. They have known no other home, and they desire no other home. They are receiving Christian instruction and Mrs Price, wife of Richard Price, has promised to teach them to read and write.
