Sir:
I have the honor to inform you that the application for aid from this Bureau to the extent of ($200) "Two Hundred Dollars" to be expended in completing the building to be used as school house for colored children in the 13th District, 5 miles from White's Farm, Shelby Co. Tenn has been granted.

At your earliest convenience you will please cause duplicate contracts for materials furnished amounting to the above sum, to be furnished as in like case and the necessary authorization will be forwarded to you.
