I have the honor to transmit herewith enclosed a corrected copy of the contract for continuation of the school house for colored people at Alexandria Tenn together with a new set of Vouchers.

Please cause the vouchers to be signed by J. S. Br. and Co.. and return them with the copy of the first contract now in their possession to this office without delay.
