Lieutenant,
I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of 24th inst.

The teachers of my district do not report to me and it will be impossible to get them to, unless the State Superintendent of Education so orders. They do not acknowledge themselves under any obligation to the Bureau.

Please send me a quantity of the blank school reports used by teachers, I have had several applications for them.
