Colonel:
I have the honor to transmit herewith Consolidated School Report - form No 2 - together with all the individual reports of teachers, which have been received. - also form No 4. -

These reports have been delayed for several days, with the hope that reports would be received from Dandridge, Maryville, and Mossy Creek - in all of which places schools are known to be open, and blanks were sent.

Should they come to hand they will be forwarded.

Very Respectfully
Your Obt Servt
