Knoxville Tenn. March 12th/69

Respectfully referred to Col. James Thompson Asst Comr. Tennessee for his information.

This was one of the best school buildings, and one of the best Schools, taught by one of the best teachers, in this part of the State.

The Bureau expended about $200 on the building. Would respectfully recommend that aid, in rebuilding, be granted to the amount of $300.00
