I have the honor to transmit herewith twelve (12) individual School reports received from teachers for the month of April 1869, which are believed to be all the Schools now in operation in this Dist. - together with my Report (Ed Form No 4) giving all the information I have relative to the schools, as now organized. There are many point in the Dist. where school houses have been built, and where at least from 30 to 50 pupils should attend, provid teachers could be sent, and supported.
