Dear Sir.
I have the honor to respectfully request information as to whether the Bureau will make an apportion of One Hundred And Fifty ($150) Dollars for the purpose of repairing the basement of the colored School House at this place. The building was built buy the aid of the Government. I having appropriated I believe. Three Hundred and Fifty (50/100) Dollars but the school is very large and the house will not accommodate them but with the color apportion and which assistance the colored people are able to render the basement of the building can be repaired for the use of the primary department of the school.
